Nova Codes LLC ("we", "us") runs this website at https://nova-codes.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

When you send a request, chat with Nova on our site, book a setup call, or call us, we collect your name, phone number, your business name, and the details you give us about what you need and when you want to talk. If you give us an email address, we collect that too.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, schedule and confirm your setup call, send reminders, set up your service if you become a client, and run our business. If you opt in to marketing texts, we may also send offers or a short survey.

Text messages (SMS)

You can opt in to texts from Nova Codes by giving your cell number in our website chat or on a phone call after we ask, by checking a box on a form, or by texting us first. Opting in is never required to book or buy anything.

Message frequency varies. Setup and support texts are usually 2 to 4 messages per request. Marketing texts are up to 4 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.

We do not share your mobile information with anyone

We will not share, sell, rent or transfer your mobile phone number, your text message opt-in, or your consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that receive your number are the service providers that send our texts, answer our phone and run our booking tools for us, and they may only use it to provide that service to us.

Calls with Nova

Our phone line and website chat are answered by Nova, an AI assistant. Calls and chats may be transcribed so we can follow up on your request. Nova says she is an AI assistant if you ask.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to keep records of your text message consent and opt-outs.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
