Text Messaging Terms

Program: Nova Codes setup, support and offer texts.

What you get: replies to your requests, setup call confirmations and reminders, questions about your account, and, only if you opt in to marketing texts, offers or a short survey.

How to opt in: give your cell number in our website chat or on a call after we ask, check the text box on a form, or text us first.

Frequency: message frequency varies. Setup and support texts are usually 2 to 4 per request. Marketing texts are up to 4 per month.

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any text. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again by replying START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting in to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
