Won’t it sound like a robot?
No “press one.” Nova talks like a friendly front-desk person, in a natural voice, and knows your place: hours, prices, what you do and don’t do. Most callers don’t realise until she tells them. Play the Robot Voice song above to hear the difference we mean.
Will my clients know they’re talking to an AI?
She introduces herself as Nova, your receptionist, and says she’s an AI assistant if anyone asks. We never pretend she’s a person. Owners tell us clients care about getting booked, not who booked them.
I run everything from Instagram. Do I really need a website?
Instagram is where people fall in love with your work. Google is where they book it, usually late at night, and usually the first result with hours, prices and a book button wins. Nova’s site gives you that result. Keep Instagram for the pretty part.
I already use a booking app. Does this replace it?

What happens when she can’t answer something?
